David Wong worked at San Francisco Sheriff's Department for 21 years. David always want to have greater connection and relationship with the unfortunated family that encounter with law enforcement frequently to share with them that the law enforcement personnel do care. David found the Sheriffs And You Foundation with Deputy Shedrick McDaniels in hope to share the experience and enhance the relationship between law enforcement agencies and the less fortunated families in their community. David and Shedrick rolled the first "Sheriff And You, Shop with a Deputy for Christmas" in 2004.
